Job summary

PHI Health in Mt. Pleasant, TX, is seeking skilled pilots to join our elite air medical team. You will operate BH407 helicopters under CAMTS guidelines, with 24-hour day/night rotations and NVG/Instrument rating requirements.

If relocation is chosen, a two-year service commitment applies and housing is not provided. We offer a sign-on bonus up to $50,000 along with competitive pay and benefits, reflecting the critical care missions we support and the chance to make a real difference in patient

Qualifications

• Commercial helicopter rating required.
• Instrument rating required (NVG preferred).
• First Class Medical certificate required.
• CAMTS experience or requirement as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Operate BH407 helicopter under CAMTS guidelines.
• Maintain 24-hour operations with day/night rotations.
• Adhere to Safety Management System and safety campaigns.
• Assist in loading/unloading patients and equipment.
• Coordinate with internal/external customers to ensure safe, reliable service.
• Relocation package available with a 2-year service commitment.
• Housing not provided.

Job Summary

• PHI Air Medical (operating under CAMTS guidelines)
• BH407 VFR/NVG (Instrument rating required)

• If successful applicant requires aircraft transition - 1 year minimum service requirement per CBA
• Relocation package is available - If relocation package is utilized - 2 year minimum service requirement per CBA

Other

• External search may run concurrently with internal job posting.
• Successful applicant will participate in community outreach programs and adhere to PHI Air Medical policies.
• Some lifting will be required to assist in the loading and unloading of patients and equipment.
• Perform line pilot duties IAW GOM.
• Support Safety Management System, Destination Zero, and other company safety campaigns.
• Work with both internal and external customers to provide safe, efficient, courteous, and reliable service.

• First Class Medical
• CAMTS Requirement // 2,000 Total Hours // 1,500 Hours Helicopter // 1,000 Hours PIC Helicopters // 500 Hours Turbine Helicopters // 100 Hours in Unaided Night
