The role requires FAA rotorcraft commercial certificate, instrument rating, and extensive flight hours, with sign-on and retention bonuses available. Competitive on-duty housing and 7/7 schedules are noted across locations.

Qualifications

• Current rotorcraft FAA commercial certificate required.
• Helicopter instrument rating and Class II medical certificate required.
• Thousands of total and rotorcraft hours preferred for VFR roles.
• Maintains required certifications and ongoing training as part of role.
• Adheres to FARs and Med-Trans flight operations standards.

Responsibilities

• Transport customers with a medical team to and from locations safely.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for dispatch per manuals and Med-Trans requirements.
• Maintain accurate regulatory documentation and records.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.
• Provide shift-change information to the next pilot per protocol.
• Maintain certifications and participate in ongoing training.
