Job summary

PHI Health is seeking skilled VFR pilots to join our life-saving team in Seymour, IN. This full-time role requires a Commercial and Instrument Helicopter Rating, First Class Medical, and CAMTS-aligned experience. Expect 24/7 operations, with potential relocation support and a sign-on bonus up to $50,000.

The successful candidate will fly under CAMTS guidelines, participate in safety initiatives, and work with internal/external customers to deliver rapid medical response. Housing is not provided.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Candidates must be medically fit with a First Class Medical.
• Minimum flight experience as specified by CAMTS and PHI requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform line pilot duties IAW GOM.
• Support Safety Management System and Destination Zero safety campaigns.
• Provide safe, efficient, courteous, and reliable air medical service.
• Participate in community outreach programs as required.
