VCA Urgent Care in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a compassionate veterinary nurse to join our full-time team. You’ll perform triage, diagnostics, treatments, monitoring, and maintain accurate medical records, supporting doctors with exams and client education.

VCA Urgent Care offers same-day access to high-quality, compassionate veterinary care. Our technical team works in pairs, using a digital whiteboard to streamline diagnostics and treatments, keeping doctors updated in real time. We emphasize low-stress handling, hands-free radiology, and an efficient treatment space to ensure patient comfort.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide compassionate nursing care for urgent care patients, including triage, diagnostics, treatments, and monitoring.

• Assist veterinarians with exams, procedures, and client education, ensuring clear communication about patient needs.

• Perform laboratory testing, radiology, and pharmacy duties with accuracy and efficiency.

• Maintain accurate medical records and uphold best practices for patient safety and infection control.

• Utilize advanced technology to support the streamlined, high-quality care model at VCA Urgent Care.

Schedule:

4/10’s. Full-time position available. The hospital is open 7 days a week and open on holidays.

Compensation:

Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials.
