PetVet Care Centers' Downtown Animal Care Center in Denver seeks a Veterinary Technician (Surgery & GP) to join our team, providing dedicated veterinary care and exceptional service to our patients and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Surgery technician experience is required, licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist during surgery and operations and provide nursing care.
• Perform patient examinations, assessments, and maintain medical records.
• Prepare supplies, restrain patients as directed by the vet, and ensure proper drug administration.
• Communicate with pet owners about patient status and care plans.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe hospital environment and equipment.
