Qualifications

• Experience as a veterinary technician or assistant.
• Strong animal handling skills and knowledge of clinical procedures.

• Degree from an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technology program preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians with exams, surgeries, and anesthesia support.
• Place intravenous catheters and monitor perioperative patients.
• Obtain thorough patient histories and document medical records.
• Educate clients on medications, treatment plans, and post-operative care.
• Maintain cleanliness and infection-control standards throughout the hospital.
