Job summary

BluePearl Pet Hospital in the United States is seeking a Veterinary Technician Supervisor who can motivate and train a team of veterinary professionals, delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced emergency and specialty setting.

The ideal candidate will excel at mentoring, coordinating training schedules, and guiding staff through escalating situations, while partnering with leadership to maintain high standards of service and patient welfare.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a mentor to junior staff by modeling best practices.
• Coach team to anticipate patient and client needs and escalate when needed.

• Organize training schedules for Technician staff.
• Identify conflicts and assist in resolution.
• Provide feedback to leadership and support performance improvement plans.
• Other related duties as assigned.

As a Veterinary TechnicianSupervisor, you will…

• Serveas a mentor to lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge.
• Coachteam members to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations.
• Works with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings.
• Organize training schedules for Technician staff.
• Identifyconflicts in the workplace andseekassistance in resolution.
• Provide feedback leadership and works to develop performance improvement plans.
• Other related duties as assigned.
