AmeriVet Veterinary Partners is seeking a Full-Time Veterinary Technician in Livingston, TX. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience and is comfortable with surgery and dentistry, with rotating Saturday shifts and Sunday on-call duties.

You will join a mixed-animal practice that serves pets and livestock, handling urgent and routine cases, and collaborating with a supportive team to deliver compassionate care in a fast-paced clinic.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of veterinary technician experience.
• Experience in a mixed-animal or exotic practice is a plus.
• Strong surgical experience including anesthesia monitoring, surgical prep and patient recovery.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgeries and dentistry procedures.
• Perform routine, urgent, and emergency nursing duties.
• Support diagnostics, imaging, and general patient care across multiple species.
• Communicate effectively with team and clients and participate in on-call rotations.

Full-Time Veterinary TechnicianLocated in Livingston, Texas, Livingston Animal Hospital is a full-service veterinary practice dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care for pets and livestock throughout the community and surrounding areas. The hospital offers comprehensive services including wellness and preventive care, dentistry, diagnostics and imaging, surgery, urgent care, and pharmacy services, while also providing specialized care for large animals such as horses, cattle, and pigs. With a dedicated team committed to treating every patient like family, Livingston Animal Hospital strives to provide personalized care in a welcoming, supportive environment.We are currently seeking a Full-Time Veterinary Technician to join our team.
