About You

We believe veterinary medicine is truly a team sport, and we’re looking for a candidate who shares that mindset. The ideal candidate for this role is confident with advanced Internal Medicine procedures including endoscopy, anesthesia and anesthetic monitoring, medical math, and a variety of drug calculations and protocols.

Experience with CPR, EzyVet, and SmartFlow is a plus, but not required. Collaboration is highly valued on our team, and we encourage every staff member to speak up—your input is not only welcomed, but it can also make a meaningful difference in patient care and team success.

Anticipated Schedule

Full-Time Position: Wednesday - Saturday, 8am-6pm. Some holidays are required.

Requirements

• 3-5 years Veterinary Technician experience.
• Associates in Veterinary Technology is a plus.
• CVT license is a plus.
• Knowledge of Anesthesia and monitoring.
• Knowledge of the procedures used for scheduling patients, receiving, treating, ordering medical supplies, and requesting laboratory tests.
• Knowledge of the use, care, and storage of veterinary instruments, materials, and equipment.
• Knowledge of sterilization techniques to sterilize various instruments and materials.
• Knowledge of the instruments, materials, and standardized procedures used in the full variety of treatments to prepare and provide "tableside" assistance.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing client and personal services. This includes client needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of client satisfaction.
• Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
