CityVet is seeking a Veterinary Technician to join our team in Atlanta, GA. You will support veterinarians by preparing patients, restraining animals, and assisting with procedures, while ensuring excellent patient care and client communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of veterinary industry experience.
• Ability to restrain animals safely.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians and prep patients for exams and procedures.
• Obtain samples and help with basic testing.
• Administer medications, vaccines, or other treatments as directed by the DVM.
• Communicate with clients about care plans and post-visit instructions.
• Support Client Service Specialist team with day-to-day tasks.
