Montgomery Veterinary Associates, part of the Suveto network, is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Technician to join our small animal practice in Montgomery. This full-time role involves mornings and evenings with a 32-40 hour workweek and hands-on support for veterinarians in exams, surgeries, and client communication.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of veterinary experience, strong teamwork, reliable work ethic, and excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of veterinary experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, cheerful, kind and reliable in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to culture development.

Responsibilities

• Assist the veterinarian in exams and surgeries, including prep, induction, and post-op care.
• Perform routine tasks such as venipuncture, sampling, and laboratory work.
• Operate radiology equipment and ensure correct patient positioning.
• Care for patients and communicate with clients, maintain clean and organized areas.
