Qualifications

• 3+ years of veterinary technician experience.
• Knowledge of equipment used, drawing blood and running bloodwork.
• Experience with x-rays and proper positioning.
• Experience with proper animal handling and restraint.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and assist in clinical procedures.
• Assist with surgical procedures and post-operative care.
• Draw blood and process basic lab work.
• Position animals for radiographs and imaging.
• Educate clients about diagnoses and treatment plans.
