Job summary

TAD-CRYSTAL LAKE LTD, located in Cary, IL, is seeking a full-time Certified Veterinary Technician or Experienced Veterinary Assistant. Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Veterinary Technician or in a similar role.
• Comfortable assisting veterinarians with a variety of medical procedures.
• Flexible to work some evenings and a minimum of two Saturdays a month.

Responsibilities

• Interview pet owners to obtain a patient history.
• Triage pets as they arrive at the clinic.
• Administer medications and provide dosage instructions.

Skills

Excellent communication skills

Experience with Microsoft Excel
