Peachtree Hills Animal Hospital in Buckhead, GA is seeking a Veterinary Technician or Assistant. We are a community-minded clinic with 13 doctors, focused on preventative, urgent, and emergency care, and a collaborative team atmosphere.

You will restrain patients, collect samples, assist with radiographs and lab work, monitor hospitalized patients, educate clients, and support veterinarians through exams and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in the veterinary field.
• Passion for helping pets and their owners.

Responsibilities

• Restrain patients for exams and procedures.
• Obtain samples for lab tests.
• Perform in-house and external lab processing.
• Monitor hospitalized patients and administer meds/fluids.
• Set up radiographs and assist with procedures.
• Educate clients on nutrition, vaccines, and care.
• Support veterinarians during visits, emergencies, and surgeries.
• Advocate for patients.
