Responsibilities

• Assist the veterinarian during examinations of animals.
• Monitor patient vitals during surgical procedures.
• Prepare and administer medications and vaccines as prescribed by the veterinarian.
• Care for and monitor animals recovering from surgery.
• Perform laboratory tests to assist in diagnosing animal health problems.
