Technicianexperience
Knowledge of emergency veterinary medicine
Triage, ICU and/or outpatient experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multi-task, delegate and oversee daily work flow
Compassion, patience, and empathy when working with clients and their pets
Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology
Education, training, or experience in the veterinary field
A collaborative mindset and commitment to providing exceptional patient care
Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional in a fast-paced environment
