Winter Hill Veterinary Clinic, located in Somerville, MA, is seeking a compassionate Veterinary Technician to join our Rarebreed team. You will provide high-quality progressive veterinary care, work with the latest technology, and benefit from state-of-the-art training facilities.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25.00–$29.00 based on experience and a supportive, team-focused environment with lunch breaks, ample parking, and easy access to transit.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to pet patients and their loved ones
• Keep accurate medical records in accordance with hospital policy
• Prepare and maintain the exam rooms and treatment areas
• Perform physical assessments and record observations
• Prepare estimates for procedures and discuss financial commitments with clients
• Explain necessary follow-up and home care instructions
• Stock clinic treatment area and inform inventory manager when supplies need ordering
• Care for all surgical materials and keep the operating room stocked for surgery
• Assist in Surgery
• Independently run tech appointments

Winter Hill Veterinary Clinic is looking to add a compassionate and skilled Veterinary Technician to our team. At our Rarebreed clinic, you can help reimagine the veterinary experience in your community. You'll provide the highest quality progressive veterinary care for the life of our clients' pets. WHAT YOU'LL DO
