Job summary

Ansonia Westfield & Seymour Veterinary Hospital is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Technician to join our Seymour, CT team. You will assist veterinarians with exams, treatments, and surgeries, handle and restrain animals safely, and administer medications and vaccines.

You’ll also collect lab samples and maintain patient records while educating clients on pet care. Experience as a veterinary technician or assistant is expected; CVT/RVT/LVT certification is preferred or eligibility to obtain

• Strong animal handling skills and knowledge of clinical procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• CVT/RVT/LVT certification preferred or eligible to obtain licensure.
