Job summary

Stonecrest Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician to join our team. You will support veterinarians, monitor anesthesia, assist in surgeries, and help with radiology, lab work, and client education.

We value teamwork, ongoing learning, and compassionate patient care. Credentialed technicians are preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years veterinary technician experience preferred.
  • CVT/LVT/RVT preferred but not required.
  • Strong technical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Avimark experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with patient care, anesthesia monitoring, surgery prep/recovery, radiology, lab work, dental procedures, and venipuncture.
  • Fill medications and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Educate clients on treatment plans and preventive care.

We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician who is passionate about patient care, leadership, and client education. Credentialed technicians (CVT/LVT/RVT) are preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.

What You’ll Do

As a Veterinary Technician, you will support veterinarians and help maintain high standards of patient care and hospital operations.

Clinical & Technical Duties
  • Assist with patient care, anesthesia monitoring, surgery prep/recovery, radiology, lab work, dental procedures, and venipuncture
  • Fill medications and maintain accurate medical records
  • Educate clients on treatment plans and preventive care
