Job summary

VCA Farmington Hills Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our medical team at 28985 Orchard Lake Road in Farmington Hills, MI. The ideal candidate will bring CVT/RVT/LVT credentials and a passion for compassionate, high-quality animal care.

• Licensed Veterinary Technician credentials (CVT/RVT/LVT) required.
• Strong clinical skills and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical examinations and patient assessments.
• Monitor anesthesia during procedures.
• Assist with surgical preparation and procedures.
• Perform dentistry, radiology, and laboratory work.
• Perform venipuncture and catheter placement as needed.
• Support medication handling and patient recovery.
• Deliver compassionate care to hospitalized animals.

VCA Farmington Hills Animal Hospital is looking to add a full time Licensed Veterinary Technician to the medical team!

Our AHHA accredited, cat friendly certified hospital has been serving the community for many years. We believe that our pets are an extension of the family and are committed to provide personalized care to every animal in need. To support this mission, we offer progressive procedures, diagnostics, and therapies and go the extra mile with each patient. Schedule:

Full-time, with rotating Saturdays.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $23 - $26 / hour.
