Responsibilities

  • Prepare patients for surgery, including pre-operative assessments and treatments.
  • Place IV catheters and administer medications as directed by the veterinarian.
  • Induce, monitor, and recover patients under anesthesia.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and maintain accurate anesthesia records.
  • Administer vaccines and perform treatments as assigned.
  • Monitor post-operative recovery and identify patient concerns.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
  • Clean, disinfect, and maintain surgical and treatment areas.
  • Follow all clinic protocols and safety standards.
  • Assist with inventory, supply management, and equipment maintenance.
  • Provide compassionate care to all patients.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Veterinary Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys surgery, anesthesia, teamwork, and a high-volume environment where efficiency and patient safety go hand in hand.

The Veterinary Technician plays a vital role in patient care, anesthesia monitoring, surgical preparation, recovery, and daily clinic operations. Candidates must be dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent care for every patient.
