Job description

We are seeking a Lead Credentialed Veterinary Technician to provide skilled medical care under veterinarian supervision and support hospital operations through team oversight.



  • Key responsibilities** include delivering high-quality patient care across nursing, anesthesia, surgery, radiology, and dentistry; mentoring and coaching team members; collaborating with leadership to optimize workflows; educating clients on treatment plans; managing inventory and equipment; and maintaining accurate medical documentation.

  • Qualifications** required are graduation from an AVMA-accredited veterinary technician program, current state licensure, and a minimum of three years of experience with leadership or mentorship skills preferred. Proficiency in advanced technical skills such as anesthesia monitoring, surgical assistance, and radiology is essential. Excellent communication skills and composure in a fast-paced environment are necessary.

  • Physical requirements** include the ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and work safely around animals and medical hazards.
