Job summary

GoodVets in California is seeking a Veterinary Technician to support our veterinarians, assist with anesthesia monitoring, surgical procedures, radiology, and diagnostics, while delivering compassionate care to patients and education to clients.

This role offers a collaborative team, development opportunities, and a generous benefits package. You’ll work evenings and weekends as needed, contributing to a clean, organized hospital and outstanding pet care.

Qualifications

• Conduct radiographic imaging and assist with diagnostics.
• Monitor anesthesia and support veterinarians during procedures.
• Conduct physical exams and communicate findings clearly.
• Assist in dental procedures, lab work, and patient care.

What You’ll Do

Our Veterinary Technicians Have

• CVT or RVT license preferred but not required


• Prior surgical and anesthesia experience in a veterinary clinical setting


• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed


• Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping pets and people


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Team‑oriented mindset with eagerness to learn new techniques and grow professionally
