VCA Bakerstown Animal Hospitals is seeking an experienced Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our medical team. We are AHAA accredited, Cat Friendly and Fear Free Certified, located just outside Pittsburgh, PA. We offer a supportive environment and a range of benefits.

You will work with a dedicated team to provide progressive medicine with compassion, including anesthesia monitoring, dentistry, radiology, and clinical support for patients and clients.

Qualifications

• Credentialed veterinary technician license is required.
• Experience with anesthesia monitoring and dental procedures preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical exams and patient assessments.
• Monitor anesthesia and assist in surgeries.
• Dentistry, radiology, and laboratory work support.
• Venipuncture and catheter placement.
• Pharmacy tasks and patient care.
• Post-operative patient recovery and client communication.

At VCA Bakerstown Animal Hospitals, we are looking for an experienced Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our medical team! Our AHAA accredited, Cat Friendly and Fear Free Certified hospital is located just out side of Pittsburgh, PA. Our team has a shared devotion toprovidingprogressive medicine with compassion as a driving force and we are eager to welcome a like-minded individual!

The pay range for this position is $19-$26/hr
