Rarebreed Veterinary Partners is seeking a compassionate Veterinary Surgical Centers surgeon in the Washington, DC area. The role focuses on orthopedic and soft tissue surgery, collaboration with specialists, and continuous learning in a state-of-the-art environment.

Eligible candidates include ACVS board-certified surgeons or Board-Eligible candidates with a passion for teaching and advancing small animal surgery.

Qualifications

• ACVS board-certified surgeon; board-eligible considered.
• Excellent communication and client-service skills.
• Willingness to mentor and teach others; eager to learn.
• Ability to work 4 days/week with 2-3 Saturdays per month.

Requirements

• ACVSboard certified surgeon (third year or residency trained applicants also considered)
• Strong communication, understanding of client service and relationship building skills
• An interest in and passion for learning, training, and growing his/her skill set and company’s offerings
• A strong work ethic,go-getterattitude, and solutions-oriented approach
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where teaching and mentoring is a priority
• Ability to work 4 days/week, including 2-3 Saturdays/month
