VSSOC is expanding its elite surgical team and seeking an exceptional Veterinary Surgeon to grow alongside us. Board‑certified candidates are preferred, but we welcome those who are board‑eligible.

With nearly 70 years of combined experience, we perform advanced orthopedic, soft tissue, reconstructive, neurological, oncological, and cardiothoracic procedures using minimally invasive techniques and state‑of‑the‑art equipment.

We are an Accredited Referral Practice, meeting over 900 standards of care. Our newly opened 10,000 sq. ft. Surgery Center provides cutting‑edge suites, imaging technology and dedicated spaces to support modern surgical care.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Veterinary Surgeon at VSSOC, you will work in technologically sophisticated suites, handling uncommon and complex cases that deepen your expertise and allow you to deliver the highest standard of care.

Ideal Candidate

Our caseload includes complex soft‑tissue, orthopedic, and specialty surgeries. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, welcome a high‑volume, varied caseload, and bring a genuine passion for collaboration, community, and contributing to a proud culture.

Schedule

Full‑time – 4‑day work week, including a weekend day. On‑call responsibilities are shared equitably among the surgical team.
