Job summary

Cape Cod Veterinary Specialists (CCVS) invites passionate new graduates to apply for our Small Animal Rotating Internship. This is a 13-month, hands-on program designed to accelerate your professional growth in a collaborative, high-acuity, and learning-centered environment.

As a CCVS intern, you’ll work closely with a team of more than 30 veterinarians, including over 20 board-certified specialists across emergency and critical care, internal medicine, surgery, anesthesia, cardiology,

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AVMA-accredited veterinary school.
• Must pass NAVLE (or equivalent) prior to start date.
• Must be eligible for Massachusetts veterinary licensure and DEA registration.
• Must reside within one hour of the hospital.

Responsibilities

• Rotations through Emergency & Critical Care, Surgery, Internal Medicine, Radiology, Cardiology, and Anesthesia with elective time.
• Daily rounds with specialists and mentor support.
• Present a professional lecture and participate in journal club and M&M rounds.
