Vetcor is excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Regional Manager to join our network of veterinary hospitals in North Carolina. This role is for a dynamic leader who thrives in a multi-site management setting and has a strong commitment to supporting hospitals, inspiring teams, and making a positive impact on veterinary care.

This position is based in North Carolina ideally in the Raleigh area as a larger concentration of our partnership hopitals are in this market. If the person lives outside of the Raleigh region, expect to travel overnight up to six days a month with occasional travel to our corporate office in Norwell, MA for meetings.

About the Role

As a Regional Manager , you will partner with hospital leaders to guide day-to-day operations and work toward meaningful short- and long-term goals. Our passionate, energetic teams look forward to welcoming someone equally dedicated to animal health and client service.

You will be responsible for :

  • Operational Excellence – Supporting local leaders in daily operations, leadership, and administrative duties
  • Team Development – Overseeing recruitment, training, and retention of veterinarians, support staff, and hospital managers
  • Client Satisfaction – Enhancing client service, loyalty, and satisfaction across practices
  • Practice Growth – Fostering financial stability and growth for each hospital
  • Community Engagement – Promoting local marketing efforts and online reputation management
  • Employee Engagement – Building positive work environments that support morale and engagement
  • Support Collaboration – Partnering with HR, legal, finance, acquisitions, payroll, recruiting, and more
  • Project Leadership – Leading monthly, quarterly, and yearly initiatives

About You

  • Proven multi-site management experience, ideally in veterinary, healthcare, or dental fields
  • A highly motivated, agile, organized leader who can inspire and influence individual leaders and diverse teams
  • Passionate about fostering lasting relationships, supporting Vetcor's mission, and contributing to our growth
  • Location – Based in North Carolina, ideally in Raleigh area for direct regional support
