Ethos Veterinary Health is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Referral Relationship Manager (RRM) to join our growing Referral Relations team at Animal Specialty & Emergency Center of Brevard (ASEC)in Melbourne, FL. This hospital-based role serves as the primary connection between our specialty and emergency hospital and the referring veterinary community, combining strategic outreach, event planning, and marketing execution to strengthen partnerships and drive hospital growth.The RRM reports functionally to a Regional Referral Relations Group Manager (RRGM) and operationally to the local Hospital Director, working in close partnership with both to align outreach strategy with hospital performance goals.
