Job summary

Vets Pets in North Carolina is seeking a Contract Veterinary Recruiter / Sourcer to proactively identify and engage veterinary professionals for ER, ICU and Specialty Services across our network. This 3-month, 25–30 hour per week contract focuses on building pipelines and connecting qualified candidates with opportunities.

You will partner with Human Resources and hospital leaders, manage candidate records in ATS, and craft personalized outreach to passive talent.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting or talent sourcing experience.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Uses sourcing techniques and platforms to identify qualified active and passive candidates.
• Develops talent pipelines for current openings and future needs.
• Performs initial candidate screens and assesses qualifications and interests.
• Maintains accurate candidate records in ATS and recruiting tools.
