Our front desk team is the face of our hospital, and we're looking for a Customer Service Representative who brings warmth, professionalism, and a love for animals to every interaction.

About the Role:
As a Veterinary CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients—over the phone and in person. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a client-focused environment, loves helping people and their pets, and can stay calm and supportive, even during emotional situations like euthanasia consults.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and pets with a friendly, compassionate attitude
• Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments efficiently
• Process invoices and payments accurately—including for euthanasia consults
• Provide clear, caring communication during emotionally sensitive moments
• Maintain client and patient records with attention to detail
• Keep the front desk and reception areas organized and welcoming
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless client experiences
• Support the team with general administrative and clerical tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a veterinary setting is a plus
• Hospitality or customer service background highly beneficial
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, compassionate demeanor—especially in sensitive situations
• Comfort with computers and veterinary management software (experience with Avimark a plus)
