PetVet Care Centers' Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center of Thousand Oaks is seeking a Care Coordinator (Rotating Shifts) to join our team. You will perform administrative and customer service tasks to support the hospital, acting as a bridge between clients and veterinary staff.

Join our team as a Care Coordinator who contributes into the success of a high-performing organization committed to delivering superior care and exceptional service. Performs a range of administrative and customer service tasks, providing valuable support to the hospital. Within the veterinary field, this position aligns closely with roles often titled Veterinary Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, or Client Care Specialist.
Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center of Thousand Oaks in Thousand Oaks, California has established itself as one of Southern California's most respected specialty and emergency veterinary centers - large enough to offer all the core elements of the most progressive specialty hospitals, but intentionally sized to deliver the personal attention and responsiveness that every pet and family deserves. The hospital's five specialty areas are staffed by full-time, dedicated emergency doctors and board-certified specialists, supported by advanced diagnostics including CT scans, fluoroscopy, endoscopy, echocardiography, arthroscopy, laparoscopy, and thoracoscopy.
