Position Overview
Join our team as a Care Coordinator who contributes to the success of a high-performing organization committed to delivering superior care and exceptional service. Performs a range of administrative and customer service tasks, providing valuable support to the hospital. Within the veterinary field, this position aligns closely with roles often titled Veterinary Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, or Client Care Specialist.
Established in 1974 and AAHA-accredited, Barton Heights Veterinary Hospital holds the distinction of being the only veterinary hospital in the Stroudsburg and Pocono region open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — making it a true cornerstone of emergency and critical care for the community. Beyond emergency services, the team offers an impressive breadth of specialty services including cardiology, feline hyperthyroid treatment, physical rehabilitation, exotic pet care, and medical boarding, all under one roof.
