Job summary

PetVet Care Centers' Mountain View Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Care Coordinator to join our team. You will handle front-desk duties, greet clients, schedule appointments, manage phone inquiries, and support the hospital with customer service and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate provides friendly service, can stay calm under pressure, and has a high school diploma or GED. Veterinary experience is a plus.

  • Inputs and manages data in practice management software, including billing and accounts.
  • Assists with retail sales, weighing pets, processing faxes, and maintaining records.
  • Reconciles cash drawer and performs end-of-day duties for accurate financial transactions.

Position Overview

Join our team as a Care Coordinator who contributes to the success of a high-performing organization committed to delivering superior care and exceptional service. Performs a range of administrative and customer service tasks, providing valuable support to the hospital. Within the veterinary field, this position aligns closely with roles often titled Veterinary Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, or Client Care Specialist.

  • Reconciles cash drawer and performs end-of-day duties for accurate financial transactions.
Qualifications (Required)
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this position
  • High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience
  • Excellent customer service skills, providing courteous and prompt assistance
  • Customer Service Experience

Schedule:
  • Open availability. Monday, Wednesday, and alternating Saturdays are required.
  • Schedules are posted 2-4 weeks in advance. Candidate needs to be willing to take any shift.

Pay Range

$19—$21 USD
