Join our team as a Care Coordinator who contributes to the success of a high-performing organization committed to delivering superior care and exceptional service. Performs a range of administrative and customer service tasks, providing valuable support to the hospital. Within the veterinary field, this position aligns closely with roles often titled Veterinary Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, or Client Care Specialist.
Healthy Paws Veterinary Center in Little Elm, TX lives up to its mission-driven name - pursuing wellness for every patient through a comprehensive range of services including wellness exams, diagnostics, dermatology, surgery, dental care, and professional grooming, all within a practice that prioritizes continuity of care by scheduling pets with the same doctor whenever possible. Serving clients across Little Elm, Frisco, and the surrounding North Dallas communities 6 days a week, the team combines small-practice warmth with modern capabilities and a genuine commitment to building personalized, lasting relationships.
