Job summary

SAGE Campbell is seeking a Veterinary Radiologist to spearhead the development of our new Radiology service. This role is based in Campbell, CA, with access to on-site MRI and CT and a highly experienced multi-specialty team for cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Candidates must hold a DVM and be eligible for California licensure, with DACVR certification. Base salary $280k–$300k with a ProSal model and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead SAGE Campbell's new Radiology service.
  • Interpret a range of advanced imaging studies to support diagnostic workups across departments.
  • Collaborate with specialists in Neurology, Surgery, Oncology, Emergency & Critical Care, Anesthesiology, Rehabilitation, and other services to integrate imaging findings into case management.
  • Utilize the hospital's on-site MRI and CT capabilities to support complex specialty cases.
  • Provide timely, clinically actionable imaging interpretations and recommendations.
  • Help develop and refine imaging protocols as the Radiology service grows.
  • Serve as a resource and mentor for veterinarians, technicians, and support staff on imaging best practices.
  • Help shape the future direction and growth of the Radiology service in alignment with hospital priorities.

SAGE Campbell is seeking aVeterinary Radiologist to spearhead the development of our new Radiology service. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape a service within an established, busy specialty hospital while working alongside a highly experienced team of boarded specialists and having access to advanced imaging technology from day one.

You'll join a tenured group of specialists in Anesthesiology, Emergency & Critical Care, Neurology, Medical and Radiation Oncology, Rehabilitation, and Surgery, in addition to ER and Urgent Care clinicians. This depth of expertise creates tremendous opportunity for cross-specialty collaboration and a diverse, complex caseload, while our experienced support staff are committed to delivering high-caliber, compassionate, and ethical care.

SAGE Campbell is also investing in the future of the hospital. The facility is currently undergoing a remodel that will include anew operating room with a C-arm, adding to the hospital's existing on-siteMRI and CT capabilitiesand creating an exciting environment for continued growth and innovation.

SAGE's culture extends beyond clinical medicine. The hospital has a dedicated social worker available to support staff and clients through difficult cases and care decisions, reflecting a commitment to the well-being of the entire team.

In your day-to-day, you will:
