Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital in Bend, Oregon, seeks a Practice Manager to partner with the chief of staff and lead day-to-day operations, allowing the veterinary team to focus on delivering high-quality care. You will collaborate with the veterinary team, field leadership, and corporate headquarters, supporting growth through education and resources

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Three years related experience required, including direct supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Educate associates on Banfield guidelines and practices.
• Budgeting and planning for the hospital.
• Support daily operations and staff.
• Schedule associates, coordinate time off, and manage continuing education needs.
• Interview, hire, and develop associates; evaluate hospital processes, progress, and productivity.
• Train associates on educating clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care, pet health needs, and hospital services.
