Qualifications

• Requires veterinary leadership experience and proven success in practice management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop staff at all levels.
• Experience with budgeting, P&L statements, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hospital business activities including hiring and training staff.
• Work with Pathway finance to prepare and manage budgets and monitor KPIs.
• Set pricing and manage inventory and hospital software; implement safety procedures.
