Job summary

Fox Creek Veterinary Hospital – Wildwood is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to lead our team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff. You’ll drive daily operations, support our medical team, and help keep our clients and patients well cared for.

This leadership role focuses on growth, collaboration with the Doctor co-owner, talent development, and delivering exceptional client service. You will manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, facilities, and P&L to sustain profitability

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a veterinary setting is required.
• Calm, decisive leader who can juggle competing priorities.
• Strong communicator, comfortable with clients and clinical staff.
• Data-informed decision-maker who takes ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own hospital growth: set the vision, make the decisions, and deliver the best business outcomes for the practice.
• Collaborate with the Doctor co-owner on growth potential, set goals, remove obstacles, and build a hospital where great medicine and great business go hand in hand.
• Recruit top talent, develop staff, and create a culture where people do their best work.
• Champion the client experience from first call to follow-up, building loyalty and reputation.
• Lead day-to-day operations: staffing, scheduling, inventory, and facilities to run the hospital smoothly.
• Drive financial performance: manage P&L, analyze results, and pursue profitability without compromising care.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and hospital policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000–$90,000 per year, plus up to 15% annual performance bonus
