Portland Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Care (PVESC) is seeking a Veterinary Pharmacy Assistant who is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about helping pets and the people who care for them.

As a Veterinary Pharmacy Assistant, you’ll support our medical and pharmacy teams by helping ensure medications are prepared, organized, documented, and delivered accurately and efficiently, and you’ll assist clients with medication instructions and refills.

Qualifications

• Previous veterinary or human pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Dependable, able to follow established protocols, eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, document, and deliver medications accurately and efficiently.
