What if your next veterinary career move could give you the opportunity to practice excellent medicine and enjoy your life outside the hospital? At Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Hospital (VESH), you’ll join a 24/7 emergency and specialty team that believes innovation, professional growth, and hard work should come with a meaningful quality of life.

As a Veterinary Ophthalmologist, you’ll have the freedom to develop your own appointment and surgery schedule while being supported by a dedicated minimum two-person certified technician team and a specialty services liaison team. With a four-day workweek and no on-call or holiday requirements, you’ll have the autonomy to build the practice you want without sacrificing the time and flexibility that matter outside of work.

You’ll have access to advanced imaging including CT and X-ray, ultrasound, a full blood bank, ventilator, and other modern equipment to support comprehensive patient care.

Culture matters just as much as clinical excellence at VESH. We focus on finding the right people—not just the right credentials—and have built a team of talented, collaborative professionals who genuinely enjoy working together. You’ll have the opportunity to shape and grow the Ophthalmology service while working within a hospital that values your ideas, expertise, and long-term success.
