Dogwood Veterinary Specialty and Emergency – Dunwoody is opening a brand-new specialty and emergency hospital in Dunwoody this October 2026. We are building a founding Medical Oncology team and seeking experienced Veterinary Technicians to help grow this program.

Selected team members will complete onboarding at our Marietta hospital in August 2026 before transitioning to Dunwoody. Join our expanding practice to work with specialists and a passionate veterinary team focused on advanced medicine,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of veterinary hospital experience.
• Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) in good standing.
• Experience in oncology or specialty medicine preferred.
• Ability to administer chemotherapy and handle hazardous medications.
• Strong client communication and education skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate oncology nursing care throughout treatment.
• Monitor patient comfort, response to treatment, and quality of life.
• Administer medications, fluids, and other therapies.
• Educate clients about treatment plans and follow-up care.
