Wake Veterinary Medical Center seeks a board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Oncologist to join our growing multidisciplinary specialty team in the Raleigh area. You will help shape and expand the oncology service while collaborating with experienced specialists in a referral-focused environment.

Wake Vet offers access to advanced imaging, a dedicated Oncology Suite, and a strong regional referral network across central and eastern North Carolina.

Wake Veterinary Medical Center (Wake Vet) is seeking a board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Oncologist to join our growing multidisciplinary specialty team in the expanding Raleigh area. As our oncology service continues to grow, you'll have the opportunity to shape and expand the service while working alongside an established team of specialists in a collaborative, referral-focused environment.

You’ll Have Access To

• Two board-certified surgeons, two board-certified internists, and board-certified criticalists
• Purpose-built oncology treatment facilities, including a dedicated Oncology Suite featuring a hazardous drug clean room equipped with a Class II Type A2 Biological Safety Cabinet and an adjacent treatment room designed specifically for chemotherapy administration
• Advanced imaging capabilities, including ultrasound, 64‑slice CT, and fluoroscopy, supported through our partnership with Dragonfly Imaging
• Board-certified cardiologists working daily in our practice through our partnership with CVCA
• A dedicated 24/7 emergency and ICU team providing continuous patient support
• Experienced specialty technicians supporting daily operations and patient care
• A strong regional referral network across central and eastern North Carolina
