Job summary

Nashville Veterinary Specialists is seeking a Board-Certified Neurologist to join an established neurology service with a strong referral network in Nashville, TN. You will work alongside a boarded anesthesiologist for imaging and surgical cases, with on-site MRI/CT and in-house radiation oncology, ensuring seamless patient care.

The role offers collaboration with a broad specialty team and a robust 24/7 emergency and critical care support.

Qualifications

Board certification or completed residency training in neurology (ACVIM) with expectation to pass boards within two years.
Residents finishing in 2027 and 2028 are welcome to start the conversation now - we would rather meet you early than miss you.

Responsibilities

Join an established neurology service with a mature referral stream and a colleague to share call.
On-site MRI and CT with a boarded anesthesiologist supporting imaging and surgical cases.
On-site radiation oncology - brain tumor patients stay in-house for SRT.
Boarded colleagues in critical care, internal medicine, surgery, anesthesiology, cardiology, medical oncology, and radiation oncology.
24-hour emergency and critical care teams caring for hospitalized and post-operative patients.
Electrodiagnostics, digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, and cystoscopy.
Two newly constructed facilities totaling 34,000 square feet.
