Job summary

Ethos Veterinary Health's AVES is seeking a board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Neurologist to join our Neurology & Neurosurgery team in Austin, TX. This full-time opportunity offers a 3-4 day weekly schedule and collaboration with specialists across disciplines to deliver advanced diagnostic and therapeutic care.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for Texas licensure.
• Board certification in Neurology or completion of an approved residency.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision‑making with interest in complex neurologic cases.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a diverse caseload of neurologic conditions.
• Perform comprehensive neurologic evaluations and develop diagnostic and treatment plans.
• Provide medical management and neurosurgical care as needed.
• Collaborate with Surgery, Internal Medicine, Critical Care, Oncology, and Imaging teams.
• Utilize on-site MRI, CT, and digital radiography.
• Build relationships with referring veterinarians through case communication and follow-up.
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration, mentorship, and continued learning.
