Job summary

Compass Veterinary Neurology and Imaging (CVNI) in Annapolis, MD is seeking an Imaging Technologist to support board-certified neurologists and the clinical team. The role emphasizes producing high-quality advanced imaging studies for CVNI’s imaging branch, with patient care and safety at the forefront.

This full-time position features four 10-hour shifts (Mon–Fri) and participation in our on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced imaging exams (MRI and CT) on veterinary patients.
• Submit imaging studies to radiologists in a complete and efficient manner.
• Maintain positive relationships with radiologists and ensure imaging reports are attached to patient records.
• Communicate with contracted service providers/technicians as needed.
• Assist with imaging equipment maintenance requests and on-call coordination.
• Collaborate with veterinarians to confirm exam appropriateness and aid technicians in patient prep.
