Mission Pet Health is seeking a Medical Lead Veterinarian in Kenosha, WI, to guide a team of doctors in delivering high‑quality small animal care. You will practice as an associate while mentoring peers and shaping clinical standards.

You will drive growth with leadership accountability, participate in community outreach, and leverage a broad network for continuing education and resources.

Qualifications

• DVM degree and valid state veterinary license.
• Minimum 2 years of practical clinical experience.
• Servant leadership mentality with collaboration focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to understand hospital financials and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the DVM team with performance coaching and development.
• Model medical excellence in client service and clinical care.
• Partner with Practice Manager to drive hospital performance toward goals.
• Foster monthly doctor meetings and mentorship programs.
• Represent the hospital and Mission Pet Health in community engagement.
