Boston Veterinary Clinic (Seaport) is seeking a Medical Lead Veterinarian to guide our DVM team and uphold the highest medical standards. You will practice as an associate veterinarian while mentoring others, setting the example for client service, efficiency, and clinical excellence.

Qualificações

• DVM degree and valid state veterinary license.
• Minimum of 2 years of practical clinical experience.
• Servant leadership mentality aligned with core values and collaborative relationships.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Understanding of hospital financials and operating management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor the DVM team, conducting regular performance discussions.
• Model the highest quality of medicine, client service, and efficiency while practicing as an associate.
• Help develop the annual operating plan and manage hospital performance toward financial goals.
• Lead monthly doctor meetings to share best practices and medical standards; oversee externship/mentorship programs.
• Serve as an ambassador for the hospital and Mission Pet Health in the community.
