National Veterinary Associates (NVA) is seeking a full-time Medical Director at Kernersville Veterinary Hospital to lead our veterinary team, oversee care quality, and guide clinical protocols. This role blends leadership with hands-on medicine in a busy, supportive environment.

You will mentor staff, ensure exceptional client education, and collaborate with management to meet financial and operational goals, all while maintaining a regular clinical leadership schedule.

Qualifications

• DVM degree from an accredited university; prior leadership experience.
• Active North Carolina veterinary license (or ability to obtain).
