Canobie Lake Veterinary Hospital in Windham, New Hampshire, is seeking an experienced Veterinarian to step into Medical Director leadership. This full-time role features Monday-Friday schedules, no weekends, four 10-hour days, and dedicated time for mentoring and hospital rounds.

You will diagnose, treat, and perform surgery as needed, collaborate across teams, and help maintain AAHA accreditation in a well-supported, compassionate practice that prioritizes time-respecting care and staff

Qualifications

• 7+ years clinical experience
• Outstanding diagnostician
• Comfortable with emergency medicine
• Natural mentor
• Exceptional client communicator
• Operational mindset- you understand how high-touch practices run
• Surgery welcome, not required
• Avian/exotic experience a plus; open mind is the only requirement

Responsabilités

• Three days per week you see appointments, perform surgery and dentals, and practice at the top of your license.
• One day per week you mentor newer veterinarians and lead weekly two-hour hospital rounds.
• Collaborate across CET, TT and VA teams to foster high-quality care.
